[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these, my favorite is blue raspberry and I love putting one in my bottle of water to take to my workouts. They are pretty strong, so one works for me for a fairly big 32oz bottle. I also don't get headaches or stomach aches like I do with some other electrolytes which I suspect is from the sugar substitutes in those, I am a bit sensitive to them. This one doesn't bother me though, and I use it at least 3x a week.

I struggle with having enough protein and I drink this two times a day. I beats the routine of water when you want something with a little flavor. It's not too sweet and the fruit flavors are robust. I can't wait to enjoy different flavors. I received my order very quickly and I am very satisfied with all the products Ive received. I even purchased a new mixer cup to enjoy my drinks. I have already added it to authorship monthly.
