Not as nice as I'd hoped

Bought this as an on-the-go replacement for my Fatmax snap-off knife which I've had for about 7 years. It probably would have lasted forever except I misplaced it. Granted this is a smaller, more compact knife so perhaps the larger Dewalt knife would have been a better comparison. This particular knife though began to show and exhibit wear after minor use as the slider feels loose and the blade rusted in less than a month despite being stored in my bag (which is no where near moisture.) It gets the job done for the most part though.

nice but part fall off

I am now on my third one of these knives the first two regrettably I have sitting in a drawer because the end caps keep coming off and I've lost them I clip them inside my pocket I turn around end cap is gone can't find it. it would be nice if the belt clip was permanently attached and that the restraining end cap detent button or something you had to push in order to pull the end cap out. Further, I use this knife in manufacturing we use for trimming paper and vinyl off boards and we always have the knife all the way extended after a while the end wears a little bit and the blade no longer sticks out straight and becomes slightly wobbly

was nice unit, but now the blade won't extend.

Inexpensive, nice feel. Worked well for a while, but now the blade won't extend. Disappointing.
