I have loved this brand the best for quite some time, but I've had to change it up time to time. I tried this the other day at a friend's and had to have it for myself. it gives my hair a little something more, and actually makes it look more fresh than the other products have in a while! Please forgive the photo, I'm just waking up. It should be noted that this is AFTER an evening of work (in a restaurant that was hotter than usual), and a whole nights sleep!

Good stuff for fine hair

I have long fine hair and it gets greasy within less than a day of washing. Instead of washing daily I use this on the second day to get by. It does a really nice job and dries up my hair while giving it a little more oomph than it normally has. I lift my hair, spray, rub and tease it a bit until it looks cleaner and fresher. I don't need to use very much at a time so one bottle lasts a while. I'm not sure that you need this specific “volumizing” one to get more volume than the other varieties of Batiste give you already, but it doesn't hurt. Batiste is a good brand in general.
