Easy to use.

I had our company purchase one of these about 4 years ago, and it has come in handy on quite a few occasions. From testing the insulation, to a multimeter, it handles just about everything our shop needs.

Big time and money saver!

This is a great way to save time when you are in the mass building industry. Its one tool that performs several operations with great accuracy. It is light weight and easy to operate. It is super lightweight and is easy to keep by your side with the magnetic hanging system that keeps both hands free for multi-tasking! It also has a captive discharge for added safety! I have bought one for each man on the crew and recommended to many others and have gotten 100% positive feedback. I am a repeat customer!

Great meter

Purchased the 1587 in January of 2015. It has performed flawlessly. Having a full functioning multimeter with a built in insulation tester in my tool bag is super convenient and is great for working on VFDs and motors. No more lugging around a hand crank insulation tester. Looking forward to upgrading to the 1587 with Fluke Connect.
