controls the same way as your old control pad...triggers are nice and responsive..connection is immediate,just assign who it signs in with it after you sync it with your Xbox...as a gift it will be very appreciated.....i just wish they would sell it with a rechargeable battery pack.

I got this controller for a good price, 39.00. I own and have owne several Microsoft Wireless Xbox controller and they work well and I get a lot of use out of them. The major issue with them is that eventually the joysticks will start to drift and get to the point that you can't really use them. The stick drift might start in a month or it might be a year or not at all, you never know but a lot depend on how much they are used. Microsoft could fix this issue with using hall effect joysticks. Still over all it's a very good controller and worth the price especially if you can get it on sale.
