I love them. I like that they aren't too shallow or to deep which allows me to pack them where they aren't too heavy. I used them for moving instead of boxes that way they wouldn't get smashed and things get broken, they don't get wet so the bottom falls out and they don't fill up the trash cans and I can use them for storing the items that I don't want to unpack and stack them on top of each other so they don't take alot of space in a closet or the garage

I would not worry about it cracking. I would have no fear using the in the back of a pickup or trunk. the lids are not as strong as the bottoms so stacking heavy ones would be a concern. PS got 10
