The Stanley STHT30810 12ft LeverLock Tape Rule features a corrosion-resistant Tru-Zero hook end that allows for accurate measurements. It has a push-release self-locking mechanism which controls blade retraction, along with a 1/2-inch polymer-coated blade for increased durability that withstands abrasion. This tape is designed with a high-impact ABS case with durable rubber that holds up to heavy use. It also offers 16 and 19.2 stud center markings to help simplify framing jobs. Top edge: Major scale numbered in consecutive feet. Minor scale numbered in consecutive inches after each foot. Graduated in 16ths of an inch. Bottom edge: Numbered in consecutive inches. First twelve inches graduated in 32nds of an inch, remainder in 16ths of an inch.

Exceptional value
It is lightweight and east to carry around. Drawback is may fall when have ten plus feet reeled out. It has a three quarter inched blade not one inch. Will have to be careful not to bend it. Retract button at bottom is cool but may take getting used to. Nice thumb grip on top. Before I forget it looks real nice which isn't needed but not hated either. Belt clip at angle keeps it from sliding ,they put thought into the design and the price is so nice. Verdict = score !

This is a very handy tape measure to use. I often do not need a longer tape measure, so 12" is very convenient. I like the ease of use that it locks in place by default.
