Big capacity and pretty compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery has the largest capacity in my DeWalt tool collection. Previously, I mostly used a 6AH battery for high-power devices like the vacuum cleaner, circular saw, trimmer, or blower, and I wasn't always able to finish a project on one battery or charge. This 8AH battery is the same size as the others but provides a longer running time for my tools. The rubber texture on the bottom makes it more comfortable for daily use by professionals. It's more stable and doesn't slide around inside the toolbox or on my van's shelf while I'm relocating.

These will charge you up !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thos battery is so much nicer than the old style . The fact they have turned the charge lights around is big for me . Also this thing takes for ever to run out of charge I have had it on my small blower and mostly my fan when I used to have t use my flex volt batteries to get the same run time ! Over all I'm very impressed with the power stacks the only down side I see is it's still kind of hard to get slid in and out of some tools . The release doesn't always disengage fully .

A powerpack to stay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my old batteries last on a given charge, but the XR has surpassed my expectations. I use it with my impact and hammer drills interchangebly and the juice holds up. I used it with my Dewalt bluetooth speaker and lasted all day long.
