We have had great luck with these. We don't use them all the time, you're not supposed to. But on nights when they just won't settle down, or if they need to go to bed earlier than normal, these come in handy. For reference my kids are four and six. I give them each one gummy. They seem to like them.

The flavor is good, and it's easy to chew. We occasionally struggle with bed time for our kids, the main time we offer them is if we aren't home to sleep in our own beds and at a relatives or traveling. I even take them on occasion if I have trouble sleeping. I like that they aren't habit forming
