Used it for the 1st time this evening, so far I can't find anything I DON'T like about it. Haven't tried the "Frozen" feature yet but I'm looking forward to a Pillsbury Toaster Strudel this weekend for breakfast. Love the drop down crumb tray, very convenient. Very attractive toaster.
This toaster is a great stand out item that makes the kitchen pop! Easy to use and simple controls as far as a toaster goes. Wide slot makes it handy for larger pieces of bread or waffles. It has a bagel button as well as a frozen button thats handy as well. The red and stainless steel look great together. The buttons itself are plastic, which keeps down on fingerprints. It does a great job at toasting, just like it is supposed too. Black and Decker always makes good solid products, and this toaster continues that trend. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting and attractive, value priced toaster.

Perfect Toast
I have used the same toaster for 20 years or more and it is tired. I was excited about a larger opening but it is only 2mm wider. It would make a difference with a bagel and it has a bagel setting. It also has a setting for frozen which I look forward to testing with frozen potato patties. This toaster is quite a bit lighter than my old one. I set the control to the setting I used in the past, one mark pass the middle. Perfect toast and evenly done, no lines that indicate where the heat was. I am very happy with this toaster, and it is attractive on the counter.
