Not comparable to HP 67!

After asking the Saleslady what would fit my printer, I purchased this dual cartridge for my HP Deskjet 2852e which I also purchased at Walmart. It is not compatible with my printer. Even though it has the same number as the HP ink it will not work in my printer so I'm out $40. My printer would not recognize the ink cartridges.
