Only the color cartridge was recognized by the printer. The black ink cartridge wouldn't work even after cleaning both chips and trying every trick online. I had to buy a Canon cartridge in the end and discharged the one cartridge.

i ordered this ink on yesterday to be delivered to me this morning and it was delivered at 7:22 am i put the cartridge in and printed one sheet the color ink was blurred i printed the second sheet and the color ink is out it has a green color i either need a rplacement of color ink or my refund.
