First, I received the ink cartridges the second day after I placed the order. WOW the delivery was unsurpassed. The package arrived in a paper bag. My cartridges have arrived intact and leak free. 5-star for this. Upon opening the bag, I immediately noticed that it is different from the image listed in the product description (see product photo). However, when I opened the product box, the cartridges are inside as described: two black and multi-color. It is a false alarm! Maybe the seller should update the true package of this product. Instead, they listed the official OEM package. Their intention is to let user know what kind of OEM product they are replacing with. However, this practice gives shock to people like me when opening the package. I have purchased this kind of ink cartridges previously because of the reasonable price and capacity to handle a lot of pages. I have not measured how many pages to the cartridge, but I would say I print a moderate amount of color pages and it takes quite a while before replacement (I print most of black and white on a laser printer due to faster speed. I do use ink printer to colored posters and books which is pretty often too). Each cartridges are individually sealed so I can replace a single one without exposing other cartridges to the air. The manufacturer claims that these cartridges are rigorously tested for performance and reliability, and based on my experience, they lived up to that promise. The XL designation is a real bonus. As to color, it is very close to OEM cartridges as far as human eyes are concerned. Some people may encounter compatibility issues. I have experienced before as well. But it very easy to by pass those compatibility warning. There is nothing a google search cannot resolve IF your printer is on the compatibility list. So make sure you check your printer model to match the item's description before buying.

These ink cartridges are a great alternative to the more expensive name-brand ones. They installed easily in my printer with no issues, and the printer recognized them right away. Print quality is solid—nice, crisp black text and good color for everyday printing
