Only the color cartridge was recognized by the printer. The black ink cartridge wouldn't work even after cleaning both chips and trying every trick online. I had to buy a Canon cartridge in the end and discharged the one cartridge.

The color cartridge is not operable in a Canon ********* as advertised. Imagine buy some JB Weld. Two tubes in one. Two are Necessary to work! Only JB Weld is fraction of what I sent on these cartridges. I want resolve. I'm not asking for something for nothing. I want what I paid for, that's what I need. OR refund me, agree to the exchange via FedEx as agreed initially (yesterday), and I can take my business elsewhere. I want resolve. You earned this rating from me.
