Comfortable and very smooth
This has become my favorite pen. The pen is a little larger in diameter than most, which is more comfortable to my arthritic hands. The ink flows very smoothly and evenly. The only downside I've experienced is that it is not waterproof and will smear even several days later if any water or other liquids hit the writing. For me, the quality of the pen outweighs this small negative, and I'm just more careful and aware not to use it around liquids.

These pens are the go-to in our house: every pencil/pen jar holds two or three for reach-out immediate access whether a grocery-list or post-it note or poem or a letter to a friend. Over several weeks I wrote at least 200 postcards for the election -- using these Quick Dry Gel Pens made the -- yes it was a chore -- easier and faster. And more legible for the recipient. The ink is safe on any paper surface. We like the feel of the larger pens in our hands and the matte dark-charcoal finish of the pens themselves. Quality product at a reasonable price.
