This stuff is better than just putting mayonnaise and mustard individually. I'm not sure why, but it is such an extra tasty condiment. Some rotisserie chicken on a Costco artisan roll and cheddar cheese then warmed/toasted in a toaster oven or air fryer and topped with this and a slice of tomato is my favorite sandwich. It reminds me of the rotisserie chicken carver sandwiches they used to have at Boston market before they went out of business.
