Don't be afraid, just try it, you'll love it
This sauce is one of the most delicious sauces you will ever taste and so easy. One stick of butter, one cup of milk, (capers are optional), add the packet, slow bring to a simmer and stir so that it doesn't burn. Eat it with prime rib or filet mignon, and ponder how beautiful life is. I made this for Valentines day one year. At first my wife was afraid because she had never seen a "yellow" sauce paired with steak, but one bite and she fell in love. I don't think she ever doubted me again. Seriously, it will blow your mind how well this pairs with steak (not charbroiled, pan seared or broiled, the flavors are too delicate for charred steak). Use the leftover sauce with breakfast on your eggs and hashbrowns. It don't get any better. It's wonderful with any potatoes.

A lot faster than making it the old way and it comes really close on the taste. Nicely over cauliflower, broccoli and lats of other fresh veggies and even some meet dishes. Love to cook.

My Fav!!
Love this sauce on my poached eggs, grilled salmon and asparagus! Sometimes ill just add water instead of the milk, the taste both ways is amazing!!!!!!
