I cooked some chicken from a new recipe. Didn't have much flavor and was dry so I used this as a dip for the bites as I cut them. Husband and I BOTH liked this sauce. This reminds me of Mexican cuisine I've had, but I haven't quite figured out what dish it might have been. Been eating Tea Mex almost my entire life, and I'm running up on 70 in a couple of years. So I oughta know: this is good!
