This is a really tasty way to add flavor and protein to many dishes. I love it on Caesar or Asian salads, have added it to pasta dishes and even soup. You can also make a quick and tasty sandwich by adding some mayo to hold it together. It's less "fishy" than some other brands, too. I always keep a couple of these packets in my cupboard.

these are great for quick meals from either leftovers or what you have on hand some plain pasta or some pre-made macaroni salad add anything else you might want and go in any direction that strikes your fancy many only think of putting it with sandwiches or cottage cheese but you can make a full meal with any kind of salad or soup or dressing and pasta even ramen noodles and frozen veggies simple quick and easy no need to cook or waste anything to have something healthy and plenty of protein with little effort.
