Good neutral thick wool rug.

Nicely dense and thick. So far, kitten claws do not pull up the loops. Sheds wool fibers like crazy so vacuuming often is necessary and don't sit on the rug in black pants. A little prickly to the touch but definitely preferable to synthetic. Fringe at two ends that is easy to tuck under. Very nice neutral palette that disappears into our stone floor.
