Almost returned this perfect rug

When I opened the corner of the package I saw the shaggy material and got worried. Last time we had a shaggy rug my husband got itchy from it. Showed it to him and sure enough he cringed. I started looking for a different rug but couldn't find a pattern like this and in this color. Went home and told him we should open it up to see the full effect. If we really don't like it I guess we can pay to return it... As soon as we laid it on the floor we were both oh wow! It looks really good and SUPER soft to the touch. My toddler immediately started dancing on it and shouting I love this carpet I love this carpet lol We ended up a movie night with pillows on this rug. My husband loves it and says daily it's so soft lol. FYI we also got their premium rug pad to go with it.
