This is a mattress topper! I ordered 6" and got 3"

I specifically ordered a 6" mattress. This should be called a mattress topper, NOT an actual mattress! It is more like 2" to 3"! I am so disappointed! This was for my daughter for her birthday and I'm glad I didn't already get rid of her old mattress, because we had to put it under this sheet of a bed just for her not to feel the bedframe bars through this thin, not 6", memory foam. I really regret buying this! I am a single mom of three girls. I work really hard for every penny I have. I do not receive child support or any other type of income, so purchasing this item was not spontaneous. This was a decision carefully thought about for an entire month! I am very disappointed..
