I like a multivitamin that's easy to cut in half, a long, narrow tablet. That way I can take half in the morning with breakfast, the other half in the evening. Literature says that most people that take a multivitamin get too much in their body at once, it's better to divide the vitamin into halves so you don't put too much into your body at one time. Works for me.
