I'll never have to buy this again.
Used to be a loyal Craftsman customer. I needed to do some suspension work so I decided to give the Chinese Craftsman 1/2" drive set a try. The sockets were only chromed on one end, and the chrome that was there flaked off, so the set went back. I am relatively new to Proto but this Proto set is what tools should be. Deeply stamped size markings. Nicely chromed. Sockets fit tightly on custom length rails. Sockets engage on the ratchet with no slop. The radiused corners keep torque on the flats of the fastener so I didn't round off my rusted bolts. Buying American is worth it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
