Absolute Time and Joint saver
Makes quick work for preparing walls and floor for paint as my company does they have 2 of the machines and it saves a lot time and movement. In 1 day a group of 3 of us was able to sand and finish coat floors in an auditorium using a semigloss enamel. Oh and did I mention no ploom of dust so if you forgot ur respirator you can still breathe easy

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bring back porter cable design. The variable speed dial broke early on. Followed by the head bearing burning up and melting the newly designed washer nut.
