Does not fit Nuvi 55

This product does not fit the Nuvi 55. The slot at the top of the Nuvi is wide. The slot at the bottom of the Nuvi is narrower. The springloaded part of the clip does not fit into either slot. It is too thick for either slot. The top of the clip fits into the the 6:00 location on the Nuvi. The rest does not work. Do not buy this product. I have been to the tech stores trying to find a clip that fits the Nuvi 55 and apparently they do not make them any longer. Buy a new GPS that comes with all the stuff and spare yourself the headaches.
