it's a $20 tool

batteries are dead as needed jump, connect black to black, red to red with other 18v batter for 5 second, who needed to do this? no impact bumper like all the other tools, not this one, will crack once dropped.

Cheap built

The plastic box came broken, batteries do not want to charge. Going to be requesting a return. You get what you pay for, i went withthis because of price. Will be purchasing name brand even if it is $20 more.
