No one could tell the difference!
I purchased the gluten free flour to make cookies for a family member that has gluten issues. I substituted the GFJules flour for the same amount of flour in the recipe and not one person could tell there was a difference. I was so surprised. The cookies were delicious. I read that the gluten free flour takes a few minutes to absorb the liquid so you need to allow for that before thinking more flour is needed. The flour is pricey, but worth it when a family member can enjoy your special cookies with a simple flour substitution.
