Midol Menstrual Heat Patches provide targeted period cramps and muscle pain relief to the places you need it most, so that you can feel your best during your period. Convenient and easy to apply, these thin heart shaped pain relief patches are individually wrapped and provide discreet comfort when you are on-the-go and may replace your at-home heating pads. These patches make menstrual symptom relief simple. This menstrual pain relief heat patch is recommended for both adults and children 12 years and older, providing a drug free option for teens. The one-time-use patch will start to warm once the package is opened, so use immediately after opening. Peel away paper backing to reveal white adhesive side. Attach white adhesive side of the patch to the outside of underwear or thin clothing to warm lower abdomen or back. Neither side of the patch should come in direct contact with skin. Never adhere patch directly to bare skin. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period or more than 1 patch per day and dispose of patch after use. Use as directed.

just what i needed. a mobile heating pad for my cramps. works great and stays hot. heat is the only thing that helps with my cramps. it will burn if you put it directly on to your skin so be sure to put it on a thin layer of clothing and not directly on to your skin. the instructions DO mention this so that is great that they are aware of that and warn you. great product idea, wish it came out sooner honestly!
