I just received the Instant Pot and only cooked one meal so far, but I was very pleased with the performance. It seems to be very well made. The inner pot is stainless steel and very easy to clean. I haven't used the pressure cooker option yet. It has a button to release the pressure so there's no waiting to open the lid. I comparison shopped to replace my beloved cooker that died on me, and the Instant Pot was rated best for my purpose; slow cooking, pressure cooking, and sautéing. I recommend it.

Easy to Use and Versatile
We don't have a lot of room in our kitchen. My wife wanted a yogurt maker, which would have been cheaper. However, in a smaller package, the Instant Pot makes yogurt, functions as a slow cooker, can saute, and works as a pressure cooker. I didn't think we needed it and now we use it constantly.

Can't believe I waited so long to purchase!
This Instant Pot has been a game changer for me. Hard-boiled eggs come out perfect every time (no more stuck shells), and bone/chicken/beef broth is ready in about an hour. I have cooked in this pot almost every day since receiving it and am really pleased with the resulting food. It's also very easy to clean. There are plenty of YouTube videos re: recipes, just be sure to exercise proper safety precautions (also outlined in plenty of YouTube videos). My only complaint about this pot would be the safety release valve. I use a long-handled spoon to push mine open, but a bit of the steam always seems to find its way to my arm. It's not enough to burn me, but the valve or relief mechanism could be in a better location to prevent this. Not a deal breaker, by any means. Just be careful if you purchase.
