i love my Elite Gourmet 2.1 qt air fryer<3

It's a simple air fryer, but I love it. I love hearing the timer tick, and then ring when the time is finally up. To have the convection fan whirring along with it, and the power-on light burning, just increase the excitement. I have plans to try complex recipes, but for now: wow, eggrolls <3! Butterfly shrimp! Tater tots! English muffins! various mixtures of red pasta sauce and other food, making something savory and sort of italian. Oh, and for heating lasagna <3! I even heated a dish of beef (burgundy <3: I can't remrmber the French word). I bought the salmon, even some scallops, and some raw broccoli, brussels sprouts, snap peas, radishes, so I've got to get my act together.
