Very pleased with the delivery and the courteous delivery person. I have had other 50" TVs and was very impressed at how well this was packed. The TV was easy to install with clear instructions. I didn't experience any problems. So far, it has worked well with a very clear picture and easy instructions for installation. The sound is good and the remote is easy to use and easy to navigate without looking at the remote. I only stream now and so not many ports are needed for anything else. I am very pleased with the whole experience and I have high hopes this TV will last a long time.

To be honest I did not have high expectations for this tv..however, this tv is really great! So great I purchased a second one. It is a Roku tv which is really nice, all built in . Navigating through the menus is fluid , the clarity is excellent and the sound is great. The tv is also very light for a 50 inch screen. My son plays video games and they look great as well .

Excellent Value for the money.

Straight out the box EZ all around, EZ to set up. A 73 year old set it up for me in less than five minutes. The picture is great, clear , instructions was great all the screws were there. I'm trying hard to find a flaw. But if I have to find something... you can't adjust the color individually meaning it just bright, brighter, dark etc I can't adjust the redness, green (but its really not a problem as it seems to self -adjust). I'm not sorry that I bought this Roku Smart TV and would buy another one.
