Please Kellogg's nutri-grain snack bars in the blueberry flavor tastes great. They are a filling snack between meals or for breakfast. They remind me of fig Newtons in a way, but not as thick. This is a good snack for people with active lifestyles. It does have a fair amount of sugar so definitely not the best snack for inactive people, people with diabetes, or people who are watching/counting calories.
