maybe the best gluten free bread mix out there. Doesnt have a hard crust, cooks in half the time as other brands, Others have kind of a dark color and off tastes but this bread is white, Also makes great stuffing because of its neutral flavor. I suggest using butter instead of oil when mixing, Seems to bake and taste better..

Glutino favorite sandwich bread mix

Easy to make, clear instructions and precise. I did add a little extra flour to the batter ( Rice flour ) because I prefer a denser loaf. Walmart sells this product at a great price!
