Low output
I had this installed after wanting an upgrade for the master bathroom. I had a 20yr old Delta construction grade model for an expensive upgrade. I have only a fraction of the pressure with this model, I timed it and only getting 3 gallons per minute? Delta sent me replacement cartridges, but that didn't help. Now what do I do Delta?

The black matte finish is chipping
We have had these for 2 years and I'm noticing the black finish chipping. For the price, I would expect no issues with the finish. We are cleaning with a wet rag, no chemicals.
