Top-of-Stove: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1-1/2 cups of water, 1/2 cup milk (for lower-fat alternative, try using low-fat or skim milk) and 1 Tbsp. margarine (optional) to a boil. (Try using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spread or Country Crock spread) 2. Stir in contents of package and return to a boil. Reduce heat and continue boiling gently for 8 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Let stand at least 2 minutes. Stir and serve. Microwave: In 2-quart microwave safe bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, 1 Tbsp. margarine (optional) and contents of package. Microwave uncovered at high about 10 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Directions above developed in 1200 watt microwave oven) or until pasta is tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Stir and serve.

My late aunt got me hooked on these some 30 years ago. I don't make these so much as a "Side", I make mash taters and put these on my taters for a quick supper, Sometimes I'll make these and grill some chicken to go with them and some mash taters on the side. But generally it's just for supper, 2 bags and 2.5 lbs of taters will give me a few suppers with leftovers.

Fast to prepare for eat.
Knorr Chicken Broccoli pasta side dishes are staple in our home. Easy to prepare with water and margarine (optional). Cook for 7 minutes and you're ready to eat. I love the protein values. They are easy to store in my pantry and great to eat as a quick lunch all by themselves.

Easy and delicious
Very flavorful. We use it as a skillet meal. Very easy to prepare and everyone loves when this is up for dinner. Just follow the directions on the package. And sometimes we'll top it off with a little cheese.
