A good, stable, desktop microphone stand.

I teach on-line and I depend on a high-quality directional microphone. A floor stand was impractical (as I found after years of trying). This stand was purchased to be used on my desk-top next to my monitor. The heavy iron (steel?) base makes it ultimately stable and nearly vibration free so that when I type on the keyboard it does not pick up the keyboard sounds through vibration. Modestly priced and it completely satisfies my needs.
