Instructions
You Will Need: **4 tablespoons melted butter **1 large egg **1 tablespoon water **1. Prep **Preheat oven to 375°F Grease large baking sheet with Pam®. Stir Together cookie mix, melted butter, egg and water in a medium bowl until well blended. **2. Shape **Divide dough into 12 even portions, about 2 tablespoons each, and roll each into a ball. Pour sprinkles and cookie pieces onto a plate and dip top of each ball. Place on baking sheet leaving at least 1-inch between cookies. ***For smaller sandwich cookies: Divide dough into 24 even portions about 1 tablespoon each. **3. Bake **Bake on rack in center of oven according to chart, until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cook on pan 2 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely. **4. Fill **Spread filling on flat side of half of the cookies. Top filled cookie with another cookie to create sandwiches. Enjoy! **High Altitude (Over 3,500 Ft): Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease baking sheet. Stir together cookie mix, 4 tablespoons melted butter and 1 egg until well blended. Shape, bake and fill according to the steps to the right. **Larger Cookies (Makes 12): Bake Time 12-15 min **Smaller Cookies (Makes 24): Bake Time 11-13 min **Mix It Up with *Mini Cookies & Cream Flavored Cookies
