Super yummy base for ramen broth.
I absolutely love this broth as a base for my ramen. I love to add ginger and lemongrass to it, a little miso and omg! Delicious broth! The color threw me the first time I poured it into my pot but I was very pleasantly surprised with it's flavor! I first ordered it off Amazon but they have stopped selling it. Their loss. I eventually tracked it down here. If you get a chance and are a ramen lover like me definitely but a 6 pac/box. Definitely worth it! I love this stuff!! Will be buying more!!
