Pylex screwable foundation post, can be used for patios, tool sheds and balconies. It is frost resistant, and is not affected by frost heaving, as it is sometimes the case for other post systems. It is also an excellent and cost-effective replacement for concrete sonotubes

Warranty information
WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS 1. In the first year, all defective products will be exchanged without conditions. 2. Normal weathering (discoloration) of the surface and alterations due to atmospheric pollution are excluded from this warranty. 5. Installation instructions must be followed. NOTE: CONSULT YOUR LOCAL BUILDING CODE IN ORDER TO BE COMPLIANT WITH IT.
