The assembly was simple, and it did come with a manual. The desk itself is a beautiful white and light faux wood color that goes great with the rest of my home office aesthetic. The only reason why I didn't do 5 stars was because there is one tiny gap between the end of one of the wood panels and the begging of another. Basically the desktop comes in 3 parts, left desk, middle desk and right desk. The right desk and middle desk don't connect as there is a gap between them which makes for an "Un seamless" look.

Overall, I like the desk a lot! It took some time to put together but was easy enough. The two top pieces do not sit perfectly flush together but it's close enough and it's hardly noticeable. I'd say it's a great desk for the money!
