Apparently, Kalos needs better quality control. First item out was an empty teabag. when trying to ascertain whether or not company could count to 25 (number of teabags said to be in package), i ended with a lapful of loose tea. on further inspection, the majority of the teabags are open. At $7.50 for 25, I'm a very disappointed.
