It is perfect firmness yet soft too. My dad wanted to downsize from a king to a twin bed to make it easier for him to get in and out. This mattress helps with his back pain as well as sleep like a baby which he hasn't done in years. The unpacking was fairly easy. Slightly heavier than I was expecting but one person was able to unpack and set it on the frame. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed a new mattress ASAP and I was searching online on a few sites, and I came across this brand and the reviews and price was very reasonable, so I checked Walmart for the same mattress, and it was the best price and free delivery fast. I always slept on a spring mattress and my family was encouraging me to try the memory form mattress, so I figured if I don't like it, I can send it back well I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it is. I found it to be firm but supportive which is what I like and need. I got it on a sale price which was perfect for something I had to get right away. I want to get the bed frame for it soon, but I have to save up for it, I seen one I like and hopefully it will go on sale soon. Thanks again Walmart for good quality and great price and fast delivery.
