Zimtown unhelpful

The product is just fine. However, at the end of assembling, the last pole was damaged. I called the company to get a replacement. I talked to 2 separate people, who both told me to email pictures in of the damaged item. I didn't hear back from them after the first email, hence the 2nd phone call. When I did hear back after the 2nd email of pictures I was told I had to go through Walmart for the damaged part (which makes no sense). I called Walmart, after an hour of being transferred through 3 different people, at their suggestions, they all told me the same answer - all Walmart can do is refund the item (which was already assembled accept the clothes hanging rod that was damaged). I tried calling Zimtown yet again and the recording hung up on me 3 times after informing me there were no associates in the que. I am returning the item and am done purchasing online with walmart as there are always these types of issues trying to deal with orders through their 3rd party sellers.
