Too thin mattress

I was surprised at how flat the cushion was. In the pictures it appears to be 3 inches thick or so. There's hardly any cushion in the thing at all, maybe less than 1 inch thick. I was disappointed. The frame seems very sturdy. I will probably look around and see if I can find a more comfortable mattress for it.
