I seem to get exactly one cold a year, right after the holidays in the coldest part of Winter. I buy one box of Zicam every December. So far, so good— but January is blowing in cold and snowy. We shall see. At least I know these work for mitigating cold symptoms and I do believe if you get right on this convenient zinc regimen, right away, the duration is considerably shorter. Don't LOVE the taste, but it sure beats a cold!

This is one of the products that uses the only 2 types of Zinc that has been shown to reduce and stop colds, if you start taking it at the 1st signs of trouble, but don't stop at one, you can take 6 or 7 a day.
