I ordered ZERO WATER replacement filters. I have found the ones at Walmart (as opposed to another popular online merchant) has authentic filters. I have read that fake knockoffs are made of these filters and the other online merchant may be selling these. I don't know if that's true but the ones I've always bought at Walmart are legit, so that's why I made the online purchase after I found there were none in inventory in stores located near me. I'm VERY SATISFIED with how this online transaction transpired. It more then exceeded my expectations.

I screw the filter in and fill up the reservoir directly from the tap. It takes a few fills and waiting between. this works for the 1st %26 2nd time. I always check after filling to see if it is still working. For refills after 2, I have to put reservoir sideways or the water doesn't drain well. I drink almost the whole container each day. I love it
