I bought this item for my mom as a Christmas present. We absolutely love it. It leaves the clothes so nice and clean. Cleans better than going to my local laundromat. Literally took so much dirt off. I’ve read you can buy longer hoses so I’m definitely on the hunt for one but for now we have it in our tub so we’re able to drain the water. Also you have to manually put the water in but that’s not an issue for me.

Not a bad product the spinner is really loud, especially if it's soft balance. You can only spin out half of your load and as long as you don't overload the washer, it washes the clothes really well. As long as it holds out - it's a pretty good washer.
