Instructions
Directions: This package will properly season 50 lbs. shrimp, 40 lbs. crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs. 1. Place 6 gallons of water or enough to cover seafood and contents of package into large cooking container (60-72 qt.), stir, and bring to rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil. 2. Cook for the time shown in the table. Turn off heat and soak for the time shown in the table. 3. Cool hot mixture by adding ice. This will stop the cooking. Allow to soak until desired flavor. 4. Drain carefully and serve.

Zatarain's Pro Boil is the ONLY seasoning we use when boiling seafood. The taste is superior to any other brands we have tried and consistently makes our seafood boils "on point". Flavor is important to our family and Pro Boil has the right balance of flavor and spice. The heat is not so overwhelming that it takes away the experience of eating boiled seafood. When it comes to boiling crawfish, crab, or shrimp, please do yourself a favor and use Zatarains Pro Boil. Otherwise, you are ruining some seafood! When Elon goes to the moon or to Mars, he should take some Pro Boil for the trip.
