I LOVE Zatarains! I am originally from south Louisiana and won't use any other seasonings---sorry Tony Chachere. Zatarains has the best blend of spices without being too salty. I love this seasoning and use it on everything. Its not spicy but gives great flavor to steak, burgers, chicken, and well all meats. Use it on my eggs and fries. If you use salt in a recipe you can use Zaterains Creole seasonings. This can be hard to find in stores so ordering online is sometimes my only option but so much better than any other brand that I've tasted.
